PMMA Light Guide
Product Description
Using the new PMMA raw materials, according to the principle of optical refraction reflection developed a new type of double structure, combined with a special formula, direct extrusion production, completely free of printing, light effect.
1) free screen light guide plate is a traditional outlets and light guide plate with different micro molecular structure of prism light guide plate, its surface and micro molecular prism structure for guide plate light in micro prism total internal reflection and change the angle from the light guide plate positive export;
2) the traditional light guide plate after cutting, polishing, silk screening guide optical network, coupled with the reflective film made, the light efficiency and uniformity depend entirely on screen printing process control and material selection, any dot adhesion, dust imprint, ink deployment will cause uneven phenomenon of the bright spots, dark zone and consistency is very difficult to control and there is a bottleneck to enhance the brightness. Free screen light guide plate is not needed after processing after the above treatment, directly from PMMA material roll extrusion, consistency and yield are much higher than the traditional guide plate;
3) free screen light guide plate due to the light total reflection in the light guide plate, a light guide plate rate is superior to the traditional outlets;
4) can be arbitrary cut.
